Returns & Refunds

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, Vesper will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
